Tag your bag at home.
Track it all the way.
Our third-generation electronic bag tag. BAGTAG Pulse builds on years of BAGTAG hardware, adding live tracking, smart connectivity and remote updates to turn your luggage into a fully connected bag.
Joining costs nothing and you can unsubscribe at any time.
One tag. Every journey.
Rain, freezing holds, conveyor belts and baggage carts: Pulse is built for the realities of travel. And when it’s time for your next trip, simply switch it to the suitcase coming with you.
Fits any bag, switches in seconds
Unclip it from one suitcase and clip it onto another in seconds. Hard shell, soft shell, duffel or backpack: if it has a handle or a strap, Pulse goes on it.
Find My & FindHub built in
Tracking sits inside the tag, not bolted on. Your suitcase appears in the same list as your keys and your phone, on Apple Find My or Google FindHub.
Every weather
Rain, snow, sun and cold holds. The casing is sealed and the display keeps working across the temperature range of a normal flight.
High readability
The colour e-ink display stays crisp and high-contrast in direct sunlight, airport lighting or a dim cargo hold, so barcodes scan correctly the first time, every time.
End-to-end encrypted
Your flight data travels encrypted from the airline to the tag. During your trip, your BAGTAG can’t be tampered with or read by anyone but you.
Survives rough handling
Pulse’s casing is built to take drops, conveyor belts and getting stacked under heavier luggage, so it keeps working exactly when you need it to.
Already running where you fly.
Every orange dot is an airport where BAGTAG already works. Pulse needs no new airport hardware. Its barcode is read exactly like the paper tag it replaces, and one tag works with every airline on the platform.
Our Lufthansa Group partners
Tag your bag from the sofa.
Open the BAGTAG app, check in, and send your flight to the tag. The display redraws itself while the bag is still standing in the hallway. No printer, no desk, no paper.
Walk past the check-in desk.
Your bag arrives already tagged, so you head straight for bag drop. Nothing about the airport has to change for this to work: the barcode scans exactly like the paper one it replaces.
Watch it move.
Find My and FindHub are built in, so your suitcase sits in the same list as your keys and your phone. Between scans you still see where it is, not just where it last was.
Know the belt before you reach it.
You land, and the belt number and arrival time are already on your phone. You walk to the right carousel instead of reading the board and guessing.
Lufthansa already supports electronic bag tags. See how it works on their site →
