Return policy

Our priority is to make travelling for everyone easier, smarter & faster. However, if you are not completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.  


Unopened items must be returned within 30 days. Items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging included. Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return. 

How to return

To return or exchange an item, please email customer service at and specify the reason for the return or exchange. 


After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
